Smart Garden Motion Sensor – Lightpro Motion Sensor Smart (Zigbee)

A wireless trigger for the smart side of the system. It detects movement up to 10 metres across a 120-degree field and tells the Lightpro app to bring on whichever lights or groups you have assigned to it: smart fittings directly, or a conventional group sitting behind a Switch Smart. A mounting plate, screws and plugs are supplied.

It is battery powered on two AAA cells, included in the box, and is not wired into the 12 volt circuit at all, so it adds nothing to the transformer load and can be sited wherever the detection angle works rather than wherever the cable runs. It communicates over Zigbee, so the Gateway Smart (219A) is required: keep it within around 16 metres of the gateway when pairing, and no more than 20 metres from the nearest Zigbee product in normal use. Rated IP65 and -25 to 40 °C.
