Delivery Info

The fully stocked distribution centre located just outside of London means the majority of orders will be delivered within 1-3 Working days

Deliveries tend to be 9-5pm – however we can arrange an AM delivery (Guaranteed Pre 12) for a small additional fee

Our staff will aim to accommodate any special requirements you may have.

Please be aware that the goods could be heavy and or palletised and are likely to require offloading facilities when on site

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £40 – however if you require pre 12 or any other special delivery – please contact the office on 0800 44 88 123
Standard Delivery is 2-3 Working Days as standard for orders placed before 1pm – this covers mainland UK – we will contact you if delivery can’t be made within the specified time, or if you’re in an exclusion zone

Next Working Day Delivery is available for £5.99 for orders placed before 1pm.

Delivery Procedure

The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases you may receive more than one delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Please our customer service team if you would like a delivery update – the staff will be able to check current status straight away.

Damaged Goods

If your goods arrive damaged when delivered, then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation.
IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as “damaged” or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours by calling 0800 44 88 123. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.

The Legal Stuff

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time theidealgarden.com are entitled to withdraw the offer.

TheIdealGarden.com will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
