12V Plug & Play System · 6-Year Warranty

12V system component: this is part of the Lightpro 12V low-voltage system and is designed to be used only with Lightpro fittings, transformers, cable and connectors. The Lightpro transformer plugs into a standard outdoor socket and steps mains power down to a safe 12 volts, so there’s no electrician needed and the cable doesn’t need to be buried.

Warranty – complete Lightpro system required: Lightpro’s 6-year manufacturer’s warranty only applies when this product is installed as part of a complete Lightpro 12V system, meaning Lightpro fittings, a Lightpro transformer, Lightpro cable and Lightpro connectors used together. Connecting it to another brand’s transformer, cable or connectors voids the warranty. It must be installed as the product manual describes, and proof of purchase is required.

A camera that uses the cabling already in the garden. It powers from the 12 volt circuit through its 3 m tail and F-connector, so there is no new mains spur, no external socket and no trailing adaptor to hide: it clamps onto the same cable that feeds the lights. Rated IP65 and supplied with a base, screws and plugs.

The 2 MP sensor records at 15 fps with infrared night vision, and the built-in PIR picks up movement to 10 metres across a 65-degree field with adjustable sensitivity, which can also be used to bring the lights on through the Lightpro app. Footage goes to cloud storage or to an optional microSD card of up to 128 GB. It runs on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and should sit within about 40 metres of the router.
